Neglected Language

I’m starting to feel guilty about neglecting my Cambodian. I just found a Cambodian TV Station with a live stream and delayed streams. I also found a translated Harry Potter book online. I guess its time to start studying.  I wonder if I can still find my English Harry Potter…

well, I think it’s not too late to start now. As Ron says, ‘you can’t have everything in life.’ so, I think it’s never too late to change. :D

That’s true. I’m glad you translated the book. That’s completely cool. How’d you learn your English so well, Fidele? Translating a Novel is a big project.

  2. Well, I don’t know. English just seems easy to me to learn, and it’s fun. Besides, I like translating English stories into Khmer ever since the day one of my English teachers assigned me and my teammates to translate a classic, The Phantom of Opera. Now I’m really into this translating because I think, through this way, I can help many Khmer people to read foreign literature even if they don’t know any English, and I’m proud that I can really do it. However, the only thing that bothers me the most is that I haven’t made it into a real book yet. Anyway, time will come.I’m sure of it. :D
